We met Mimi over the phone inquiring about a home for sale in Sun City Roseville, CA that we saw on Zillow. Our first impression of Mimi stuck with us (no pressure) and we knew she was the one to represent us in purchasing a home. She is great. She was able to represent us even though we were  miles apart (Southern Calif). She made the transaction seamless as she walked us through every step of the transaction. She handled everything for us even though we were hundreds of miles away. Also, she answered all of our calls in a timely manner. (We met the seller’s agent at the open house and we were very impressed with him, but we had prior contact with Mimi when looking for a house online before going to the open house and decided to have her represent us.)
