I hired Mimi after interviewing 2 other realtors who are well known in the area. Both of the other realtors were “presenters”…NOT sales professionals. One of the realtors was very sweet and friendly. Nice; but I don’t need nice. I need to sell an expensive property. The second, the real estate  “Queen Bee” in the area brought here assistant to the interview. ALL THEY DID WAS TALK, TALK, TALK about she is the go-to realtor in the area, and how to play the pricing game and occasionally brought up the same marketing tools every other realtor talks about. No mention of sales strategies and staging/marketing/selling the unique value of the home. Mimi, on the other hand, is a full-service sales pro. She talked value and strategies from the start. Very professional, swift, reliable. And she has an outstanding group of support people to help. Great interior and exterior staging!! (She even jumped in and help wrap and pack some kitchen goods to help us meet a packing deadline). The result? We started out listing the property with pretty robust price. We received 4 offers in a week or so, then sold the home for roughly 8% above the asking price (all cash). Outstanding from start to finish! I’d work with her again in a heart beat!
