Vitalii Velyk
Vitalii is a results-oriented and customer-centered Licensed Real Estate Professional and negotiation expert in real estate.
He was born in one of the most beautiful cities in Eastern Europe –the real pearl of European architecture and design–Lviv. Foreigners and tourists call this famous city “small Paris.”
As he traveled the world, Vitalii was inspired by European architecture. He fell in love with real estate and decided to fully dedicate himself to it.
Through obtaining his master’s degree in Computer Engineering, and working at a GPS-oriented company, Vitalii has learned how important it is to pay attention to the small details that, in the end, play an important and essential role.
Vitalii’s strong knowledge of Placer, El Dorado, and Sacramento Counties makes him a very informed adviser in every real estate transaction. However, it’s his natural ability to connect with clients that makes him a great ally. Most of his business comes through referrals from satisfied investors, sellers, buyers, and renters, due to the simple fact that Vitalii always devotes himself to every search with unparalleled focus, efficiency, and honesty.
He has a deep passion for his work, and is dedicated to tailoring everything to the needs of his clients. He partners closely with each and every client to educate them and help ease their stress, generating confident and informed decisions. His charming personality, extraordinary attention to detail, superior negotiation skills, and unshakeable integrity complete the package.
Vitalii holds a high standard of ethics, treating the needs of his clients as though they were his own, and refusing to pressure his clients into any deal. Through both education and business experience, he has developed a true passion for providing service-based results to each client.
Vitalii’s family is very important to him. He loves his beautiful wife Lana, and their two amazing sons, Matthew and Lukas. He enjoys traveling with his family and spending time with them.
